Mie N Yu has always been, and always will be committed to serving only the highest quality and freshest products. In addition to our commitment to quality, Mie N Yu has recently committed itself to sourcing as many of our produce, dairy, meat, and seafood products directly from local farms and cooperatives. It is our belief that we should know the producer, and everyone along the way who is involved in bringing that product to our restaurant. In this way we are not only offering an added benefit to you our guest, but we are supporting our regional economy and reducing our global environmental impact. We have been privileged to work with the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to find only the best of the best that Virginia producers have to offer.
